Afro Omega could be one of the most revolutionary bands ever to come out of S.L.C. With their origional blend of Dub & Global-Rock, This six piece has been tearing up venues all over the Wasatch front. Steadily gigging for the past two years, this pounding soundsystem has been rocking opening spots for musical legends such as: Israel Vibrations,Toots & the Maytals, Eek-A-Mouse, Black Sheep, John Browns Body and Long Beach Dub All-Stars. Having played along side the pros, Afro Omega has seen a glimpse of things to come and is eager to reach a national audience. They plan on touring the West coast soon. Recently, Afro Omega released their first single, "It's On The People," In which Miss Omega paints a clear picture of their hard-edged, worldly sound. Afro Omega is currently recording a full length album due out spring 2005.
