Down the stairs in the cellar, guests of Easy Street will find Le Bar Bohème, an intimate watering hole with a 12-seat antique zinc bar framed by a 1,000-bottle climate-controlled stone wine cave. Warmed by a large fireplace, patrons can enjoy a unique selection of wines and traditional cocktails, as well as a bite to eat, while listening to romantic ballads sung by the club’s pianist
There ’s no good word for “cozy” in French. To convey the notion, the French have no choice but to build taverns like this. The Bar Bohème offers an atmosphere that’s equal parts crackling fireplace, live piano music and perfect glass of wine—served up with a tasty tidbit from the brasserie. If that doesn’t say “cozy” to you, then we’re just not speaking the same language.
