Located alongside Deer Valley's revered slopes and stunning mountain views, The Mountain Terrace at The St. Regis Deer Crest Resort provides the perfect venue for enjoying the summer with culinary delights and live music entertainment. Starting on Sunday, July 4th and every Sunday throughout the summer, St. Regis will be serving up a refreshing, locally sourced menu on the magnificent Mountain Terrace, punctuated with a special highlight - local suckling pig, roasted whole. The Terrace Menu and full bar service will be served starting at noon and the roast pig should be ready to carve around 3:00pm. The al fresco ambience on the Terrace will be enhanced with live music by modern acoustic duo, Joy & Eric, who will be performing from 3:30pm to 6:30pm.
